Overnight Babysitter for Special Needs Child

We are seeking a reliable and caring overnight babysitter for our 5-year-old son, Frank, in Alexandria, Virginia. This position requires a responsible and attentive individual to supervise Frank while he sleeps during the late night hours. You will primarily work 3 nights per week, with a flexible schedule discussed in advance. The typical hours are 9:30 PM – 12:30 AM on Mondays and Tuesdays, and 10:30 PM – 12:30 AM from Wednesday to Friday. Frank is a special needs child, so experience in caring for children with special needs is preferred, though we welcome candidates willing to learn about his needs. The main responsibility is to ensure Frank's safety and comfort, attending to him if he wakes up. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, patient, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
