Toddler Babysitter

We are looking for a mature, highly responsible, and energetic babysitter to care for our 2-year-old and 4-year-old on Tuesdays and Thursdays while we work from home in Hunt Valley, Baltimore, MD. Our ideal candidate is genuinely creative and active, with a knack for organizing fun arts and crafts projects and outdoor games. The role requires maintaining a structured daily routine, including outdoor play, craft time, reading, lunch, and snack prep. You will also manage midday transitions, ensuring the 2-year-old's nap and the 4-year-old's quiet-time activities are smooth. While minimal workspace interruptions are important, keeping play areas tidy is also essential. We prefer nursing or graduate students with previous toddler and preschool care experience. A clean background check and CPR/First Aid certification are highly preferred. No driving, feeding, bathing, or bedtime duties are involved. Pets are present, but the specific type is not detailed. The rate is $20–$25/hr, depending on experience, for a consistent recurring schedule.
