Evening and Overnight Babysitter

We are seeking a responsible and attentive babysitter for evening and overnight care in Washington, DC. The position will start at 6 PM on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and end at 9 AM on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. You will be caring for three children: a 2-year-old girl, a 4-year-old boy, and a 7-year-old boy. Responsibilities include preparing and serving dinner, breakfast, and snacks, assisting with homework, and facilitating educational and age-appropriate activities such as reading books. You will be responsible for diaper changes for the 2-year-old, as well as bathroom/potty time every 2 hours for both the 2 and 4-year-olds. You will support both morning and bedtime routines, ensuring a smooth transition to and from sleep. Additional duties include cleaning up after meals and activities, and engaging the children in playtime, games, and appropriate movies or TV shows. There are no pets at this location. Feeding and bathing will be required, and you will be responsible for getting the children to bed on time. Ideal candidates will be patient, energetic, and experienced in caring for young children.
