Toddler Babysitter

We are seeking a mature, highly responsible, and energetic caregiver to look after our sweet 2-year-old and 4-year-old on Tuesdays and Thursdays while we work from home in our offices in the Hunt Valley area. Driving is not required for this role, but a car is accessible for outings. The ideal candidate will take total autonomy over the day and keep the kids fully engaged with fresh ideas, setting up fun arts and crafts projects, and enjoying outdoor play to keep our toddlers active and entertained. Responsibilities include maintaining a fun, structured daily routine with outdoor play, craft time, reading, lunch, and snack prep. You will ensure a smooth midday transition for the 2-year-old's nap and the 4-year-old's quiet-time activities. The sitter must maintain clear, gentle boundaries with the kids to minimize workspace interruptions and keep play spaces and the kitchen tidy after lunch and activities. Requirements: We strongly prefer a candidate who is a nursing or graduate student with previous experience caring for toddlers and preschoolers. A naturally creative, high-energy mindset is essential, along with a love for outdoor games and crafting. A clean background check is required, and CPR/First Aid certification is highly preferred. The schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays, all day, with a recurring consistent schedule. The rate is $20–$25/hr, depending on experience. There are no dogs, cats, or other specified pets present. The job does not involve driving, feeding, bathing, or bedtime responsibilities.
