Daytime Babysitter for Toddlers

We are in search of a mature, responsible, and energetic babysitter to care for our 2-year-old and 4-year-old in the Hunt Valley area of Baltimore, MD. This position requires a creative individual who can engage the children with arts and crafts, outdoor play, and other fun activities. The schedule is consistent, with full-day coverage needed on Tuesdays and Thursdays while we work from home. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining a structured routine with activities like outdoor play, craft time, reading, managing lunch/snack prep, and ensuring a smooth transition for nap and quiet time. Keeping play areas and the kitchen tidy is expected. We prefer a nursing or graduate student with previous experience in toddler and preschool care. A clean background check and CPR/First Aid certification are highly preferred. The hourly rate is $20–$25, based on experience.
