Evening Babysitter for School-Age Children

We are seeking a responsible and engaging babysitter for a one-time opportunity in Birmingham, AL. The role involves caring for two boys, aged 10 and 8, on Sunday, September 6, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. During this time, you will ensure the children's safety and entertain them, potentially including a visit to the local jump park. Please note, we have a friendly one-year-old Labrador at home, along with other pets. The job requires someone comfortable around pets, though no pet care duties are involved. The successful candidate will need to drive the children to and from the jump park, if it's included in the evening's activities. Feeding, bathing, and bedtime routines will not be necessary, as the children will not be getting into bed during this timeframe. We are looking for someone who can engage actively with school-aged children while maintaining a safe and fun environment that meets all outlined guidelines.
