After School Babysitter

We are seeking a responsible and experienced babysitter to help with after school transportation and care for two girls, aged 6 and 7, in Dallas, TX. The position involves picking up the children from school and taking them to their activities. One child attends Hockaday and the other attends Lakewood Elementary, so being comfortable with driving is a must. The hours are generally Monday from 3:55 PM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 PM to 6:40 PM, and Wednesday and Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We can be flexible with unavailability on Wednesday or Friday as long as the children are picked up by 6 PM. This position is for the school year or at least the semester. An adult will be present in the home during the job. We require references and prefer candidates with a high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience. Applicants must be comfortable with pets, although there are no dogs or cats in the home. No cleaning, laundry, or cooking is required.
