Part-Time Toddler Babysitter

We are a warm, easy-going family in Santa Barbara, CA, seeking a reliable, caring, and energetic part-time nanny for our delightful 3-year-old daughter. This position involves caring for her on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with additional hours every other week from Monday to Friday. We offer approximately 6 hours one week and 15 hours the alternating week, with some flexibility around your class schedule. Responsibilities include supervising playtime and outdoor activities, engaging in simple arts and crafts, helping with snacks and hygiene support, and accompanying our daughter on short outings or walks near home, if comfortable. We are looking for someone who has experience with toddlers or preschool-aged children, possesses a patient, playful, and responsible personality, and is ideally a current UCSB student or another local college student. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it. A clean background check is required. While feeding, bathing, or bedtime duties are not involved, we do have one yellow lab in our home.
