Babysitter for Toddler

We are seeking a responsible and reliable babysitter for our 11-month-old daughter in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for child care who has their own vehicle and is over 18 years old. Strong communication skills are required. The position involves around 2-3 hours of babysitting a couple of times a week, with extremely flexible days and times, typically in the mornings or afternoons. Having consistent availability on Saturdays would be a huge advantage. We prefer candidates who live within 10-15 minutes of the 75063 area to accommodate short babysitting shifts. A fellow mom who can provide care at their own location is also a potential option. Compensation starts at $18-20 per hour, depending on qualifications, with the possibility of guaranteed hours and benefits after a trial period. Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin is a bonus, as we aim to raise our daughter to be trilingual. Our daughter is a happy, talkative, and energetic baby who enjoys one-on-one playtime, reading, and singing. No pets are present in the home.
