Nanny for Toddlers

We’re a loving, easy-going family searching for a wonderful nanny for our 19-month-old daughter, Charlotte, in Boston, MA. This is a part-time position, approximately 33 hours per week, Monday through Friday. We have some flexibility for the right candidate, depending on availability. Our daughter is happy, curious, and social. She loves books, music, playing outside, and exploring new things. Charlotte takes a consistent afternoon nap, allowing some downtime for personal tasks like homework or studying. We are looking for someone warm, dependable, communicative, and engaged. Our ideal nanny will play with Charlotte, read to her, and take her on age-appropriate outings. Supporting her development as she grows is key. We value communication and hope to find someone who treats Charlotte as family. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. This is a long-term position, paid legally through payroll/W-2. Prior childcare experience and strong references are important to us. Our current nanny unexpectedly received an opportunity to further her career, so we are looking to fill this position soon. We’ve had great experiences with past caregivers and they remain part of Charlotte’s life, and we hope to continue that tradition.
