Evening Babysitter for Young Children

We are seeking a warm, fun, and reliable evening babysitter to assist with our family’s busy dinner-to-bedtime routine in Dallas, TX. You will be supporting a family with three children: a 3-month-old boy, a 2-year-old girl, and a 5-year-old boy. Assistance is needed 3–4 evenings per week, typically from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You will work closely with Mom, who will usually be home, in a team effort rather than caring for all three children alone. Responsibilities include playing, reading, dancing, or doing activities with the older kids, caring for the infant while dinner is prepared, assisting during the dinner rush, helping with bath time and pajamas, and generally providing an extra set of hands. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around kids, is playful, engaging, and comfortable with infants. Comfort around dogs is important as we have two friendly medium-sized dogs. Additional hours are available for candidates interested in helping with kid-related household tasks prior to the evening rush, such as tidying play areas, handling kids' laundry, organizing bottles, packing lunches, restocking supplies, and preparing for the next day. These tasks are optional, with our main priority being someone great with the kids. We offer $25-$30 per hour depending on experience, and we hope to find someone who desires consistent part-time hours, can build rapport with our children, and eventually becomes part of our regular evening routine.
