Afternoon Babysitter for School-Aged Children

We are seeking a fun, dependable, and slightly nerdy babysitter to care for our three daughters, ages 6, 8, and 11, every Tuesday afternoon in Missoula, MT. The hours are from 3:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Responsibilities include picking up the girls, serving snacks, assisting with homework, engaging in play and conversation, and potentially driving them to activities. We're looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, and comfortable taking charge of three children. Professional experience isn't required, but reliability is a must. Bonus opportunity: You can also join our list of backup babysitters for occasional weekday afternoons. Expectations: - Responsible, trustworthy, and organized - Comfortable with children and confident in providing care - Reliable transportation - Clear and effective communication skills - Patient, positive, with a sense of humor Ideal candidates might be creative, outdoorsy, or share interests in games, books, animals, or science.
