Responsibilities include engaging Ella in creative activities, helping her practice stretching, and safely spotting her during gymnastics exercises such as a back walkover. It is important to ensure she stays hydrated throughout the activities. The job does not involve swimming, feeding, or bedtime routines. Activities will be indoors or within the neighborhood for a walk. There are no pets in the home. Candidates should have experience with children around this age and be able to create a fun and safe environment.
