Sunday Morning Babysitter

We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible babysitter to assist with childcare needs at Hope Presbyterian Church in New Braunfels on Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30. You will be responsible for caring for children in one of our three classrooms: Babies (3 months-walking), Toddlers (1-2 years old), or Preschool (3-4 years old). You will be paired with an adult volunteer from our church who is background checked. Key responsibilities include ensuring the safety of the children, changing diapers if needed, and engaging with the kids to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment. After the session, you will help clean up the room by organizing toys and tidying up any messes. We prioritize respect for the space we use, so returning the room to its original state is essential. We are looking for someone friendly and adept at making children comfortable during their time with us. Please refrain from using your phone, unless in an emergency, and do not take pictures of the children. We look forward to meeting someone who will contribute positively to our children’s experience.
