Afternoon Babysitter for Two Boys

We are a warm and busy family in Matthews, NC, seeking a reliable, fun, and caring afternoon babysitter for our two boys, ages 5 and 3. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and is available for weekday afternoons. Responsibilities include picking up our 3-year-old from preschool in our family car, providing lunch and engaging in quiet time and play at home, and attending to our 5-year-old when he gets home. The job involves driving but does not require feeding, bathing, or putting the children to bed. Our friendly Labrador retriever will be present, though no pet care responsibilities are required. The position is ideal for a student with morning classes looking for a consistent long-term role. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM, totaling 25 hours per week. The pay is $20 per hour, with guaranteed weekly hours.
