Preschool Babysitter

Independent Presbyterian Church in Birmingham, AL, is seeking friendly and responsible babysitters to assist during morning worship on Sun, Oct 11, 2026, from 03:00 PM to 05:30 PM. You will be part of a team caring for children ages 2–6, engaging them in activities like active play, coloring, reading books, and building with LEGOs. Responsibilities include supervising children in a playroom and on a large gated playground, as well as serving a simple snack provided by the church. Each babysitter will be paired with an experienced staff member or volunteer. You will be required to review the church's Child and Youth Protection Policy prior to starting. This role is located in the Highland Park/downtown neighborhood, which offers beautiful children’s spaces and convenient parking. No pets are present.
