Evening and Afterschool Babysitter for Tweens

We are seeking a reliable and experienced babysitter to assist with afterschool and evening care for our two daughters, ages 11 and 13, in New York, NY. The position starts on Monday, November 2, 2026, from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with consistent hours Monday through Thursday, 2:39 PM to 5:30 PM. Responsibilities include picking up the children from school, driving them to their activities, and running errands such as returns and pharmacy trips. You will also let out and play with our friendly dogs, including a puppy, and assist with light household tasks, such as starting dinner and ensuring the children's routines are maintained. Some help with holiday preparations like gift wrapping and party setup may also be needed. We are looking for someone with a clean driving record who is dependable, punctual, and comfortable with both tweens and dogs. Pay is $30 per hour with consistent weekly hours. The job does not involve feeding, bathing, or putting kids to bed. Our home has 5 dogs, 3 small and 2 large, all of which are friendly and reside within a fenced yard.
