Evening Babysitter for Young Children

We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter for our 7-year-old daughter and 4.5-year-old son in Long Beach. This position is for Wednesday evenings from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, with a potential for additional babysitting opportunities throughout the week. Responsibilities include heating dinner for the children, overseeing bath time and bedtime routines, assisting with homework, and performing light dishes and laundry duties as time permits. While knowledge of Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, or Korean is a plus, it is not required. Our home includes a very friendly outdoor-only 80-lb American Akita dog. The ideal candidate should be comfortable around pets and have experience caring for young children. Further opportunities may include occasional school pick-ups and activity drop-offs.
