Evening Babysitter for Young Children

We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter for weekly Wednesday evenings from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM in Long Beach, Los Angeles, CA. You will be caring for our two children, a 7-year-old girl and a 4.5-year-old boy. Responsibilities include heating and serving dinner, assisting with bath time, and putting the children to bed. Additional duties involve light housekeeping such as dishes and laundry, time permitting, and potential homework help. Knowledge of Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, or Korean is a plus as our children attend a Spanish-immersion school, but it is not required. In addition, our home has a very friendly 80-lb American Akita who stays outdoors. There is also a possibility of additional babysitting opportunities 1-2 times a week, including school pick-ups and drop-offs at children's activities. Safety and creating a positive environment for the children are our top priorities.
