Evening Babysitter for Young Children

We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter to provide care for our two children, a 7-year-old girl named Greer and a 2-year-old boy named Holland, at our home in Birmingham, AL. This position is for the evening of Friday, October 30, 2026, starting at 10:45 PM and ending at 4:30 AM on Saturday, October 31, 2026. Responsibilities include ensuring Greer and Holland are in bed, feeding them if needed, and supervising them throughout the evening. Greer will have a Halloween party from 6 to 7:30 PM, and both children will be transitioning to bedtime as you arrive. Holland typically goes to bed between 7:30 and 8 PM, and Greer will go to bed around 9 PM. Both children must be well-rested as Greer has a soccer game the following morning. There are no dogs or cats in the home, but there is one Great Pyrenees named Baxter. No driving or bathing duties are required. We appreciate your attention to ensuring our children are safe and comfortable while we attend an event nearby. If necessary, one of us may return home earlier than the specified end time due to the soccer game. Please let us know your availability and interest in this position.
